Sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations who obtain more than half their income from growing or selling nursery or greenhouse stock, landscaping, supplying, design and other related service activities in Rhode Island and who are legal residents of the state, or whose corporation is incorporated in the state of Rhode Island.

Persons engaged in allied trades, out-of-state landscapers or nurseries and legal residents of the state of Rhode Island who obtain less than half their income in the green industry; also businesses that supply manufactured material or services to Association members.

College, university or school educators and researchers, government liaisons and members of the media who have evidenced a desire to be affiliated with RINLA and who would like to keep up-to-date with the on-goings of the Association.

Any student enrolled in a high school or full-time collegiate horticultural course of study, with required participation on a RINLA committee.
