GROWING FUTURES RI

is the education, training, and workforce development division of the Rhode Island Nursery and Landscape Association (RINLA).

Our purpose is to cultivate, train, and educate the next generation of natural resource professionals who will be charged with stewarding, protecting, and responding to a changing environment and feeding our community.

RINLA, working with its member companies, has developed the Growing Futures RI program to answer the need for a trained workforce to meet the demands for the goods and services green industry provides. Growing Futures RI wants to launch careers that are good for people and the land they nurture.
